We're Sergio and Tammy, and Mimi's Cuban Bakery is our family's love letter to the flavors we grew up with. Every pastelito is folded by hand, every loaf of Cuban bread is baked fresh, and every custom cake is decorated with care. When you walk through our door, you're not a customer, you're family. Meet Sergio & Tammy
We met over a shared love of food and family, and a belief that the best meals are the ones made with your hands and your heart. Sergio learned to bake in his grandmother's kitchen in Havana, and Tammy brings the warmth and welcome that makes everyone feel at home.
We opened Mimi's to share those traditions with our community. Every recipe here comes from our family, and every customer who becomes a regular feels like family too.
